Pertinacious Coffee Co. started out of a home in Plaza Midwood, a small neighborhood in Charlotte, NC. Friends filled the living room, connecting and sharing ideas while enjoying handcrafted coffee. The founder, Emma Layman, wanted to do more than just bring quality coffee to others. She also wanted to recreate the experience felt in her living room throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. With that a mobile version of Pertinacious Coffee Co. was born. After a few years of slinging coffee behind the cart, Pertinacious expanded into their coffee bar at THE CLUB. Forever growing & serving others with gratitude is our promise.
